Allows players to work on footwork while shuffling across pad. Players progress down the pad to repeat blows, gaining maximum repetitions. Teaches proper punch technique while using proper body position and footwork. Pad is 12" high x 8" long x 8" thick. Adjust from 32" to 44" tall.
